Thank you for registering to the following live, interactive Meet the Expert Session (s) to be held during the 7th Translational Research E-Conference “Myelodysplastic Syndromes”.

Meet the Expert Sessions are an opportunity for informal scientific exchange with a global authorities in the field. These sessions are reserved for 25 to 30 participants only. They are open to academic biologists and clinicians only. They will take place 100% live and it will not be recorded. This means that you must be connected to the platform at the CET time indicated in the programme. If you are not sure to join the meeting, please leave your seat open so that another participant can benefit.

Meet the Expert Sessions are interactive sessions. Please be aware that the Experts will be present to answer your questions and give you guidance. They will not give a formal presentation. Therefore, please be aware that by registering in this session, you agree to:

  • turn on your webcam and microphone, and
  • ask at least one question during the session

When you wish to ask a question or make a comment, please raise your hand and wait until the Experts give you the floor before turning your microphone on.

  • For a better experience, we recommend that you close all other applications and unnecessary browser tabs while you are in the session.
  • The use of HD webcam and HD microphone with headset (not the built-in microphone) is highly recommended.

TIMING OF THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME:

Participants will be joining us from all over the world and from different time zones. We want to make sure that everyone has access to the full scientific programme at a convenient hour. For this reason, registration allows you to join both the LIVE PROGRAMME and the recorded PROGRAMME ON DEMAND.

The E-Conference platform will remain open from January 19 – March 2, 2021 so that you can view and revisit the programme’s full scientific content at times convenient to you.

THE LIVE PROGRAMME: January 28-31, 2021 – CET time
Join us live for lectures, debates, Meet the Expert sessions, interactive panel discussions, Q&A periods, and Mentored Poster Walk. It will also include some pre-recorded lectures that will be streamed live, followed by their corresponding fully live Q&A period.

The PROGAMME ON DEMAND: January 19 – March 2, 2021
Access the pre-recorded components of the scientific programme as of January 19, 2021. The meetings live components will be recorded real time and will progressively enrich the Programme on Demand (following speakers’ approval). Access to the meeting’s full scientific content will remain open on the virtual platform until March 2.

E-Posters: January 19 – March 2, 2021
The Poster Hall will also remain open until March 2. The Mentored Poster Walks will be recorded real time. They will thereafter become available within the Programme on Demand.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM LIVE AND ON DEMAND:
Symposia organized independently by our corporate partners in conjunction with the ESH 7th Translational Research E-Conference “Myelodysplastic Syndromes”, will also be available Live and On Demand, from January 19 – March 2, 2021, as described above.
