Even in one individual under the similar hormonal milieu, is it possible that the endometrium regenerates differently in different cycles. I have a question for Dr. Simon. I think microbiota analysis is a very expensive test. Often, patients refuse to be retested. What do you do in such cases? In addition, as Dr. Ichiyama mentioned in his presentation, I also think that inflammation and infection are not synonymous. It is questionable to make a diagnosis of inflammation without biopsy. I also think that the presence of bacteria and infection are different concepts. Recently in Japan, infectious disease specialists have been sounding the alarm about the overuse of antibacterial drugs in reproductive medicine. I think it is premature to administer antimicrobial agents based on the results of microbiota analysis, but what do you think?Posted onMay 2, 2021 9:57 am
